Doing local destination wedding for the first time is very exciting and equally rewarding. Not to mention the pleasure of covering your friend's/colleague's wedding!
Joey and Charie are very accomodating! They showed us around the beautiful sights around the city of smiles, bacolod city; treated us generously over sumptuous meals and delicacies, and they even spared their first night as a newly-wed couple for a two-bottles drinking session! :)
I really enjoyed covering J+C wedding. Hearing the "malambing accents" of the guests reminds us how friendly the people of bacolod are and how hospitable they are. I remember Joey's parents keep on asking us if we are able to eat, if we are ok. hehe they are constantly checking if we are having a good time.
Even if I am behind the camera, I cannot help but react and laugh with the crowd. Its just awesome to witness how the wedding went considering this is a DIY wedding! Galing Joey ha, pwede ka na maging coordinator :)
